They seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction and aggressively demand payment for a hotel I never stayed at. Avoid this place. I strongly don’t recommend it.

It’s centrally located and easy to find even by car, with a garage next door. The place is modern, clean, well organised, and very comfortable. There’s air conditioning, a minibar, hairdryer, and flat-screen TV. Breakfast is served at a bar outside. I’d be happy to come back.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the whole experience was bad. Breakfast just meant a coffee and a bun at a bar, worth 3 euros.

We stayed there in June 2018. Mario was professional and helpful both before we arrived and during the stay. I’d recommend the property for couples, including those travelling with a baby.

The location is really nice, close to the old town and Toledo subway station. One of the staff members was very helpful and gave us great tips on places to eat and see in Naples.
