The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the service feels like what you’d get at a 5-star hotel, with coffee, tea, water, slippers, and different soaps available. The location couldn’t be better. It’s a real gem, but avoid it if you hate smoke. Smoking is allowed in the building, though not in the B&B, even though smoking indoors is illegal. When I opened the door, I found the cleaning lady smoking. With two kids, that was really unpleasant. When I asked the cleaning ladies to stop, they confronted me, which made me very uncomfortable. Such a pity, because that was the only problem in an otherwise perfect stay.

Vincenzo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, always friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We had a wonderful stay in Naples and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The place was lovely, spotless, and easy to find in a great location. Vincenzo made the stay especially good, going out of his way to help us. We'd happily return, even just to see him again. I wish I could give it more than 10/10!

We were sorry to leave so soon. The room was roomy and spotless, with thoughtful decor, a Juliet balcony over the street toward the square, and lovely daylight. It's an easy walk to the hop-on hop-off bus stop, right in central Naples. The building felt secure and well cared for, and the host's pre-arrival instructions made check-in simple. Vincenzo greeted us warmly and suggested restaurants and sights; we had some of the best pizza and panini in town. We'd stay here again when we're back in Naples.
