The apartment itself is quite nice, but dust left me with allergies all night. The location also felt a bit far from the center, and the door is too small for a stroller to pass through unless it's folded. A remote control to open the door fully would make getting in easier. Check-in was the biggest issue. The contact number, 02****, is answered in Milan, and the person on the phone was rude. We called several times because we needed to change our check-in time, but the woman kept saying it wasn't possible. At 3 p.m., our agreed time, the woman waiting at the apartment called me. I explained we were late, and she kindly said it was no problem. She hadn't been told about the delay and could have adjusted the check-in without trouble. So Erica gets a 10, while whoever answers the phone gets a 1. The apartment isn't bad overall. P.S. Check-in completely online and open the door through the app. Everyone does it, it's 2025.
