The toilet and shower head were broken, and the shower soap was empty. There were mosquitoes all over the room. Worse, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, and I found hair and stains left by previous customers.

Dario was a great host and arranged airport rides for my husband at short notice. We had a great stay at Civico7 in Naples. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the rooms are all new and super clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was great overall. The service was very friendly. They arranged a nice, affordable taxi for us, and it got us to the airport on time and efficiently.

The neighborhood was very noisy, the shower was dirty, and there was no soap or shampoo. We also didn't get enough toilet paper. I stayed two nights because I'd already paid, and they didn't even clean my room. I've never experienced that elsewhere.

I regularly stay at Dario's when I'm in town on business, and have been doing so for months. He's a great host, the rooms are excellent, and the location is nice. Recommended.
