Colonna Apartment 1 by Wonderful Italy

We were four adults staying five days in the top-floor apartment at Via Colonna 9, managed by Wonderful Italy. At first glance, it seemed charming and practical, and the location is excellent for seeing the city. The problems started once we settled in. We had to remind them repeatedly before they sent the Wi-Fi password on WhatsApp, and the TV didn't work. On our first shower, a blocked drain caused one bathroom to flood. There were no rags or cleaning products to deal with the water, and the broom had no handle. The kitchen tap had no spray aerator and splashed everywhere. The dishes weren't clean, and some cups were cracked and peeling. In the larger bathroom, limescale had blocked the taps and shower, so no water came through. After several complaints, a maintenance technician came. He couldn't get the TV working and acknowledged there were cleaning and maintenance problems. He cleared the drains by hand, removing hair from the shower, and the faucets were malfunctioning. He said he'd report everything to the manager, but we never heard from him again and nothing else was done. We strongly advise against staying here, despite the great location.
