It's basically rooms spread across two buildings, not a hotel. They split groups up, and half of ours ended up in the second building across the street. That building was dark and oddly laid out, and to use its elevator you literally have to pay each time. The check-in person was very unhelpful. I'd avoid the place at all costs. The advertising is false, and the other reviews are clearly embellished.

The staff were so helpful, and the location was great. The rooms would have been lovely too, but we spotted a few ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was just okay, with a café card covering a few items, and the Wi-Fi sometimes struggled. I’d give it four stars without the ants, and I’d definitely come back.

We were happy with the stay. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature, and even though the mattress wasn’t great, we slept well. The place is right in central Naples near a Metro stop, so getting around was easy. It’s on the fourth floor, but there’s a decent lift. The only thing that bothered us was the strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

Annalisa was really accommodating, letting us check in early and leave a little later, and she was very helpful. Both the king bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There are eight rooms here, and it’s close enough to walk to all the attractions. Breakfast was minimal, but fine to get the day started. I’d stay again if I’m back in Naples.

Annalisa at reception was kind and gave us lots of good restaurant suggestions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the lively neighborhood felt safe. Lots of places are within walking distance, and the location is right in a prime part of Naples. We had a great stay.
