The building is in the historic center, and street traffic is barely audible, but noise from the courtyard carries through a lot. Check-in was quick, and the woman who welcomed us was kind. The apartment itself was disappointing: dusty, with hand and foot marks on the windows and cobwebs on the stairs. The air conditioning didn't work properly and made the room humid, while the mezzanine was damp and hot. There were practical problems too. One hand towel had a big hole, the two bath towels were different sizes and one was too small, and the courtesy kit was very sparse. The finishes weren't new or particularly good quality. The sink stand was unstable, and the dining table top wasn't fixed to its legs, so it tipped when the weight wasn't balanced. The bidet tap only gave a trickle instead of a useful spray. For what was offered, the price was excessive. The promise of a functional designer apartment wasn't kept.

Once the street door closes, the courtyard house feels wonderfully peaceful. It's a stately, renovated building right in the historic center, handy for amenities, and we found the staff friendly and helpful. From here we could enjoy the city center in complete tranquility.

Nadia and Paolo were so helpful and kind, even letting us leave our luggage for a while so we could take another walk through the alleys of beautiful Naples. We were there with our children at the beginning of November, and the location was perfect. Our room was warm and beautiful, with all the comforts, and I loved the tasteful, elegant design and furnishings. We'll be back! Best regards, Giulia

The owner was really kind and helpful, and even let us check in early since the apartment was already ready. That doesn't happen everywhere. The apartment was welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and we had a great stay in the heart of Naples.
