2/10
The only good things were the location and the friendly, hospitable man who welcomed us and at least let us leave our bags while we waited for the keys. The owner showed up 4-5 hours later than agreed and seemed completely indifferent to the trouble this caused, even though our group included a pregnant woman and a minor. The rooms, bathrooms, and bar area still needed cleaning, and even after they were cleaned, there wasn’t much improvement. The bar was also poorly stocked. The damp, moldy smell had some of us coughing all night. One mattress was in appalling condition, with streaks and blood stains. It showed zero respect for tourists who had traveled from far away.

The host was kind and attentive, and welcomed us with a tray of delicious pastries. The B&B is in a charming old building in the heart of Naples, and having an elevator was a great plus. We stayed from September 21st to 24th and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean, and everything beautiful to see in Naples was within walking distance.

A very central spot, just steps from the National Museum. The hosts were very friendly.

The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of space and air conditioning. Luigi was a fantastic host. Rooms 339 is right in the heart of Naples, with everything just a few steps away. Absolutely top, highly recommend!

We were there in October 2023, and Luigi made us feel exceptionally welcome. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The building itself is beautiful and has a typical local feel, with an ideal location. We highly recommend it.
