Palazzo Della Porta B&B

I booked Relais della Porta because it was advertised on Via Toledo, and both the website and confirmation showed that property, with its photos and branding. But after I paid, the hotel said my room was actually in a separate facility on Corso Umberto, far from the area I wanted. That detail was buried in tiny print and wasn’t made clear before payment. They refused my cancellation and refund request, so I lost money and had to book another hotel at the last minute. It feels deceptive and like a scam. Travelers should double-check the actual address before booking, because the advertised place wasn’t where I was staying. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

We stayed in the King's room, which was modern, very clean, and spacious. Luca was extremely friendly and happy to help us discover Napoli. The location feels top notch and safe, right in the busy city center. Once the door and window are closed, it’s very quiet. I’d definitely recommend it.

Gianluca was one of the most gracious hosts I’ve met. The B&B is right in the heart of Naples, with clean, spacious rooms and coffee and water available whenever you want. The included breakfast is delicious and served at a nearby coffe shop. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the underground, which can take you anywhere you need to go, including Napoli central train station. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Luigi was so friendly and helpful, and we also met the owner, who was very nice. We loved our room, it was huge and comfortable. A wonderful little BnB, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Naples.
