The central location made it easy to get around, but sleeping was difficult because there's a bar and restaurant in the courtyard and it gets very noisy at night. Our bathroom sink was blocked when we arrived. A plumber came that evening and cleared it, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, and finding a live cockroach was unsettling. Communication with the host was okay, though a bit disorganized. We asked to check out just 30 minutes late and did eventually get approval, but the confirmation took hours to arrive.

I stayed in the orange suite and would happily come back. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great spot for reaching Napoli's bars and restaurants, as well as the seafront.

The historic building is nice and well placed for enjoying Naples, but my street-facing room was extremely noisy. Cars, trucks, and bikes kept going past, even on Saturday morning. At 300 euros a night, breakfast still wasn't included.
