The apartment is tucked into a small inner courtyard, so it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, the linens clean, and the location perfect. But the management was poor and communication with the agency was lacking. We couldn't leave the boiler on, so there was no hot shower when we got back; I'd imagine that could also affect heating or cooling if needed. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries or hang towels. The stairs are very high and uneven, which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, and that wasn't mentioned.
