The bathroom needs a real refresh, everything is rusty. Reception was great until I was told they couldn’t turn on the AC, even though the room was over 25 degrees and much too hot for sleeping. That’s not what I expect from a 4-star place. The phone for calling reception is broken, which would be understandable, but when I mentioned it, they didn’t seem to care and just said, “ok!”

WiFi in the rooms is weak, which is the one downside. It wasn’t a big issue for me since the signal was excellent at reception, but it could be a problem for someone else.

The breakfast was really tasty, and service overall was very good. The hotel is centrally placed for plenty of good shops and places to eat in Naples. The rooms were tidy and stayed at comfortable temperatures. The shower could use an update, and water was leaking from the A/C unit.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. The location is good too. Definitely recommend.

I was quite satisfied with the room. It was a good size, with a large comfortable bed, high ceiling, big closet with a safe, and plenty of power points and reading lamps. There was a refrigerator and electric kettle too. The bathroom had a tub, a shower enclosure, toilet, and bidet, though the shower was oddly positioned between the toilet and bidet. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is nice, and there’s also a small pool or tub up there if you want a dip. I’d never stayed at a culture hotel before, and it certainly won’t be my last. I guess it was good value, though I do wish it were closer to the metro.
