The receptionist was very welcoming, and the place is close to the city center. But I booked a quadruple room and got a single room with one double bed made from two single beds pushed together. The cleaner also came into my room very early without knocking while I was asleep, which was an ugly, uncomfortable situation. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work. And be prepared to pay the local tourism taxes in cash on top of the price, even though the app says everything is included.

I had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable, with a high ceiling, air conditioning, and fast internet, and it was cleaned daily. There was a complimentary bottle of water, and breakfast was free. The staff were nice, and the place was easy to find thanks to the clear signs. It’s right by Dante metro station. Thank you!

The dining room was a lovely surprise, set in the former sacristy of the church next door, which is still in use. The ceiling has beautiful frescoes. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great atmosphere, right in the historic center.
