The service was good, and my partner and I had a comfortable room with a bathtub during our visit to Naples. We had a great stay. The review reminders were the one awkward part. Messages went first to my husband’s number and then to mine while we were out sightseeing. We planned to leave a review anyway, but wanted to do it in our own time. It felt a little intense.

Emanuele made the stopover easy from the start. He kept in touch smoothly on WhatsApp, met us when we arrived, and arranged a car to collect us at the ferry terminal as well as a ride to the airport the next morning. He was thoughtful and quick to respond. The apartment is modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a soundproof room and a good bed and pillow. Its position between the ferry terminals and airport worked well for us. We could use the shared kitchenette, and Emanuele welcomed us with a chilled bottle of sparkling rosé. Later, he even brought over a wine opener when we needed one. A big grocery store is a block away, and there’s a nice restaurant about a seven-minute walk from the apartment. Everything we needed was close. A great choice for a short, low-stress stay in Naples.

Emanuele was so kind and helped us get oriented on foot and by public transport. He also pointed us to good places to eat and places to buy local food to take away. The location made getting around easy, and there was both public and private parking available. Our room was spacious, clean, and carefully maintained. There was also a coffee machine for guests, which was a nice extra. Highly recommended.
