The location was good and the room was okay. It had AC for both heating and cooling, which was great. Hot water worked at first, then ran out, and we had to wait a few hours for more. They sent the instructions over WhatsApp, but I don’t know why they assumed we’d have mobile data on arrival when we aren’t from Italy. The directions sent after booking weren’t enough because they left out the gate passcode. With no reception, we were stuck outside for about two hours, asking strangers for a hot spot so we could try contacting the hotel.

Such a wonderful place, very clean, with a comfortable bed, a great hot shower, and a heated room. The owner was kind and helpful, and it was very affordable. 🌹🌹

The rooms were very clean, with cleaning every day. Coffee and water were available, and communication with the staff was good. I’d definitely recommend it.

We got there and nobody was around. We called, sent an email, and heard nothing back, so we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Ciao bello!
