We had a great stay at il miracolo. The new casa is in a perfect central spot, yet incredibly quiet, and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. Luigi and his father were great hosts. I'd recommend it.

The rooms were alright, and the location was fine, but our arrival in Napoli was really spoiled by the owner. We were 20 minutes late for check-in and couldn't answer his WhatsApp's message because we were 30m underground on a train. He was rude to my partner over text and upset her, then hung up on her during a call. He needs to show customers more patience and respect.

The breakfast, terrace, and location were all perfect, and Luigi was so helpful. It's a beautiful place, with excellent service all around. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Naples.

A quiet B&B, and breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace when the sun's out. The only drawback is having to climb four flights of stairs.

The stairs could be tough if you're older or not steady on your feet. My room was clean and comfortable, though, and the location put me right in the middle of things.
