This is an apartment with shared rooms, not a hotel. I didn’t see the owner once during my stay. The windows wouldn’t close properly, so the street noise was too loud to sleep. The internet barely worked, and I had to leave my room and sit beside the signal source to get any connection. The kitchen light was motion activated and stayed on for only 20 seconds, so it was hard to use the kitchen, which had no natural light. The coffee machine didn’t work, there weren’t enough utensils, and the ones available were greasy. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. My room was okay, but the hairdryer was just for show.

I didn’t feel safe in this area, especially at night. The place is an apartment with four rooms, not a hotel. It was clean when we arrived, but the service was very bad, really no service at all. We went out, and when we came back, our room hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed three days without the bathroom towels being changed and ran out of toilet paper. Don’t book breakfast, it’s only cookies and milk. The main street is so noisy that you can’t sleep at night.

The rooms were immaculate and everything was in order when the hotelier warmly welcomed us on Friday evening and showed us around. The place felt relaxed, friendly, and warm, a nice contrast to the bustling city outside. It’s great value for money and in an ideal location, with everything close by. This little gem in the heart of Naples gave us exactly what we wanted, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. I often travel to Italy and will definitely stay at dimora ruggierio again. A very pleasant stay.

A nice apartment in Naples, close to Garibaldi central station and the historic center.
