The apartment was dusty, and the host was rude and unprofessional. When problems came up, they didn’t handle them well. They came into the apartment whenever they wanted and threatened us, including about checking out early and extending the sofa bed.

We slept comfortably every night thanks to a bed that was incredibly comfortable. The apartment itself was spotless and nicely furnished, with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, and a small balcony over the typical Neapolitan alleys. The host welcomed us warmly and was consistently kind and helpful. They also gave us great tips on getting around, places to eat, and sights to see, and we really felt at home. A comfortable way to experience Naples authentically. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

The owner was rude and unreliable, and the house was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it.
