Dioniso'S Apartaments

The apartment was super clean when we arrived, and everyone we dealt with was professional, welcoming, and kind. My family and I loved staying here. It’s well placed for walking to Naples’ main attractions. Thank you!

A really spacious, comfortable apartment with views of the castle and port. The three air conditioners worked very well, the blackout curtains were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. It could use a dishwasher and coffee machine, though. There’s no elevator, and entry is by electronic locks. The main gate was a little confusing, but we managed to open everything without trouble, and the team is very responsive if you need help. The shower sometimes took a while to heat up, but that didn’t bother us in summer. Some basics were missing, like a dish sponge, and since kitchen cleaning isn’t included, it would’ve been useful to have detergent for the washing machine.

The place was notably clean, and the location is excellent, with a lovely open view. It’s on the first floor, up a long flight of stairs. Doors work through a modern phone-based electronic system, which may be awkward if you’re not comfortable with technology. There’s no in-person greeting, which was convenient for us, and WhatsApp support was excellent. Check-in and tax payment are handled online, including scanning your passport and filling in a form through their link. Parking is offered for a fee about 50 meters away, but after handing over your car, they say it’ll be taken elsewhere and ask for at least an hour’s notice whenever you want to use it. The daily price is exorbitant, which is a shame because it detracts from the stay.

The apartment is very spacious for two to four people, with a particularly large bedroom, a useful kitchen, and a washing machine. I couldn’t give it the top rating because both the main entrance and apartment door were difficult to open. There’s also quite a strong echo.
