The owner and his father greeted us with traditional sweets and were both very friendly. The apartment was impeccably clean and had clearly been renovated recently, so everything was new. It’s on a convenient street near the attractions, easy to reach on foot from the station or by public transport. Next time I’m in Naples, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Luigi was very kind and ready to help if we needed anything. The apartment was a little damp, especially in the shower, which was the one downside. The three floors didn’t bother us, and since it’s centrally located we walked everywhere. We had a great time. Thanks, Luigi. Rossella

We were welcomed with snacks and water, and the owner was very helpful. The location is fantastic, in Naples’ historic center on Via dei Tribunale. The one small issue was the new boiler, which sometimes sent a few bursts of cold water through the shower. The owner assured us he’d get it fixed.

I stayed here in February 2019 and the friendly owner made me feel welcome right away. They’re always available to help guests. The apartment has everything needed even for a longer stay, and the beds are comfortable and new. It was very clean and welcoming, and ideally located for exploring the center on foot or taking public transport elsewhere. Nothing to complain about.

A very authentic-feeling place right in the center. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and wonderfully quiet. There’s WiFi and a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and what you need for breakfast. They even leave water in the fridge, plus towels and blankets. The beds are comfortable and the host is lovely. Just keep in mind it’s on the third floor with no elevator.
