The TV only connects to the internet, with no antenna, so you can't just switch it on to watch the usual channels. Also, several rooms have no windows at all. The room doors are old and poorly insulated, with no soundproofing and questionable security, so you can hear people in the corridors.

We stayed five nights, and the best part was being right in the center, beside the metro, with downtown Naples easy to explore on foot. The room was clean but very basic: a bed, small fridge, TV, and bathroom. A few things could be improved: Wi-Fi didn't reach us, there were only three hangers, and the bathroom had almost no soap, shower gel, or other toiletries, so bring your own. There wasn't a towel rack either. These seem like small, inexpensive fixes.

The rooms were modern, lovely, and above all very clean. The owner was kind and helpful, and the property is ideally placed near Naples' most beautiful sights. I'll definitely come back. TOP
