We were welcomed well, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The property was clean and tastefully decorated, with a clean room, fridge, TV, and air conditioning. It has no sunlight, and the bathroom and shower are very small. There is no breakfast, and morning noise came through because the bedroom door wasn't soundproof. Still, it was a fair price and comfortable for a couple of nights. The place is on the second floor of a quiet street in a very typical Naples neighborhood, close to everything. It's a four-minute walk from the subway station to the central station. There is a lift, but it costs 20 cents to use. A bit odd, though I guess that's how you get a working lift in old Naples buildings.

Very rude property! I got sick the day before I was due to arrive, but they wouldn't refund any of my money. Most places return at least part of the cost. They also tried to get me to cancel the reservation so they could take new guests while still charging me the full amount.

The owner was super nice, and the rooms were very clean. The place is perfectly located near the port, and the rooms are spacious enough for a 3-4 day stay.

The owner was kind and hospitable, and our room was clean, though small. Hot water was a problem, there wasn't enough for all three of us to shower. The B&B is ideally located near Via Toledo on a fairly quiet street, but the entrance is a bit run-down and the stairs are dangerous. I'd suggest using the elevator, even though it costs 20 cents.
