The rooms were fresh, quiet, and clean, and the bathrooms have hot tubs that beat any 5 star hotel. Umberto was such a great host that we wouldn't have discovered even a fraction of Naples' beauty without him. Excellent!

10/10
Umberto was kind and helpful without ever being intrusive. He suggested lots of places to see and some less touristy spots to eat. The rooms are spacious and simply but tastefully furnished. We found the bed comfortable despite its queen-size, and the bathroom was very large. The only minor downside was that there was no bidet. The location is exceptional: Piazza Dante metro station is nearby, the taxi stand is across the way, and both the historic center and Naples' nightlife are close. Everything is just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

We loved the huge, clean rooms and the equally large bathroom. Umberto was a great host, and his tips on where to eat and what to see are worth following. The convenient location and generous room size made our stay a pleasure. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms were comfortable, beautifully furnished, spotless, and quiet even though a busy road is close by. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Umberto, the owner, shared genuinely helpful advice about the city, never pushing one choice over another, and you can feel how much he loves Naples. I'm grateful we got to spend four unforgettable days here, and I have nothing to complain about. As for the location, it's 50 meters from the Dante metro station, with a taxi rank below, right at the entrance to Naples' historic center and a few hundred meters from the seafront. Convenient, convenient, convenient, convenient! I don't know if there's anything better. Congratulations!

The location is strategic, and the place is clean and spacious, with a huge bathroom. Umberto welcomed us kindly and professionally. Our vacation was interrupted by illness, and his presence and help were invaluable. Highly recommended!!!!!
