The room was clean and the location was very convenient, but several things left me uneasy. There wasn't any water in the room or shared areas, and we couldn't even buy any there. I'd asked for a remote control. Rather than arrange a time with me, the owner came into my room while I was out and left it there. I also was told there was no cleaning service, yet someone entered the next day to clean without warning while my belongings were inside. They opened the shutters, which I'd deliberately kept closed for security because my laptop was in the room and I wouldn't be back until night. Even so, the towels weren't changed, which made the situation more confusing. The lack of communication and respect for my privacy made me feel uncomfortable. If I had been traveling alone, I would have felt quite unsafe.

Amadeo was always easy to reach when we had questions, and he was extremely helpful. The rooms had everything we needed and were clean. B&B Eco Di Napoli is a beautiful place in the heart of Naples. We'd happily recommend it and would choose it first on another trip.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX! The place was nice and clean, but the owner made everything stressful. There were messages about every little thing, which got really annoying. No towels were included, and he wanted 20€ per person for one. There was no cleaning or jacuzzi use included with the Expedia booking, so be aware. He was also pushy about selling the jacuzzi for another 30€ per day. All the rooms were empty, but even though check-in was at 16:00, I arrived at 15:30 and was told to wait until the proper time. At checkout, he blasted music at the entrance at a crazy volume to wake you up, as other reviews say. POP par o pesc

I wouldn't recommend this place. There was nobody to handle check-in in person, only WhatsApp, and they wouldn't answer the phone, just messages. When the gate wouldn't open in the rain, I got completely soaked. I asked if I could take the key and dry off before checking in and paying the city tax, but they insisted I pay first before getting the key. That didn't feel professional. The bathroom smelled bad too.

Great value for the room and the atmosphere. It's also very close to a subway station, so getting to Napoli Centrale is easy. A fantastic stay.
