Epoca Suites Napoli

I loved the location at Epoca Suites. Everything was an easy, interesting walk away, with several bars and an excellent pizzeria just around the corner. My room was quiet, spacious, and clean, and I really enjoyed staying here. I hope I can visit again someday.

The rooms are lovely and clean, and both the owner and staff were so welcoming and courteous. The location is exceptional, just steps from the historic center, though you do have a couple of flights of stairs to manage. Highly recommended.

The host was cold and dismissive when we arrived, with no welcome or guidance, and didn’t seem willing to help. The place itself was shocking. The listing photos bore no resemblance to what we found: the rooms were run-down, dirty, and not in a habitable state. Nothing seemed maintained, and it all felt old and unhygienic. We found the neighborhood frightening and unsafe, severely run-down, almost like a slum. As travelers unfamiliar with the area, we couldn’t feel comfortable or relax there. This accommodation should be taken off booking platforms. I strongly advise people to stay away. Anyone who books it will be disappointed and feel cheated. A complete rip-off.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Inside, the place has been renovated and tastefully furnished. Our room was large, elegant, comfortable, and clean. A beautiful, welcoming place. Highly recommended!
