A welcoming, family-friendly place just steps from the metro, and a great base for discovering Naples. I stayed at this B&B in the hospital area and had a truly excellent experience. It's spotless and carefully maintained. Alessandra and Raffaele were especially kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. We'll definitely come back, and I'd highly recommend it.

Alessandra welcomed me so warmly and kindly, then quickly showed me around and explained the conveniences at B&B F. Rooms. The location works well if you're exploring without a car, with the subway and taxi stand nearby. I really liked having the room cleaned every morning, and breakfast at the café downstairs was nice. I hope to come back soon and enjoy all the amenities.

Alessandra was TOP, kind and thoughtful throughout. The B&B is comfortable and truly beautiful, just 2 steps from Federico II, where I had surgery. The room was clean and had everything, from a fridge and plenty of sockets for different phones, which I appreciated, to AC and a TV with Netflix included. The bathroom was fully equipped and clean. Coffee and herbal teas were available from the coffee machine, and breakfast was included at the bar beside the entrance. The metro is 50 meters away. I'll definitely return.
