We arrived Friday afternoon and left Monday morning, spending three nights at the hotel in one of the city’s best neighborhoods. The room wasn’t cleaned and the sheets and towels weren’t changed during our stay. I can’t see a reasonable basis for skipping this over the weekend. We met the staff member only on arrival, then kept in touch through WhatsApp. Communication itself was fine; my only criticism is the room cleanliness.

The hospitality went beyond what I expected. The location, transport access and feeling of security were all great.

Ferrandina Guest House made for a fantastic weekend in Naples. Paola and her sister were so kind, attentive to guests’ needs and always ready with useful ideas for sightseeing, pizza and authentic Neapolitan food. The location in beautiful Chiaia is excellent, in a remarkable building close to the Caracciolo seafront and just steps from the metro. Our tastefully decorated room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows and a lovely, practical bathroom. There was also a minibar for guests with water, tea, coffee, snacks and biscuits. Everything was perfect for a wonderful holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

The owner’s helpfulness, along with the comfort and cleanliness, made for a memorable stay in this elegant modern B&B. It’s set inside a historic building in the quiet, charming Chiaia neighborhood. Just outside are small cafés and shops for all tastes, and a five-minute walk along Via Chiaia brings you to Piazza del Plebiscito. Top!
