The staff and owner were so friendly and helped with all our questions and any issues. We stayed at Gaisa for five nights as a family and had a great time. The breakfast was really good, and our room was always clean. The location isn’t perfect, and some of the streets can be a bit dirty, but we had no trouble or unpleasant encounters. It’s walkable to the center and to an MD discount shop for groceries. This all made for a great Naples stay. We’d book again if we return and would definitely recommend it.

The outside of the building may not look great, but inside it’s clean and stylish, with a large room and a patio. The staff were so friendly, and it’s an easy walk to the train station. Very affordable, too. 100% recommended!

Alessandra was extremely helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. It’s a great location for exploring both the old part of Naples and Pompeii, with the central station nearby. Breakfast was great as well. We’ll be back!

The entrance might seem a little odd, but the apartment inside is cozy, very neat, and clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful. If you leave early, Alessandra puts together a lunch box for you, which is so nice! It has a bit of everything and really captures the spell of Naples. Grazie💕 I’ll choose this place first next time I’m here.

Alessandra, the hostess, and Franseca, the on-site contact, were responsive and accommodating during our two-day family stay. The room was huge compared with hotel rooms, and reasonably priced. It’s within walking distance of the train station. The amenities were all good: coffee, hot water, an electric plug, a large bathroom with bidet, blankets, and towels. We stayed as a family, me, my wife, and our kid.
