The shared areas were in poor condition, as the pictures show. We also couldn't get a decent night's sleep because there was practically no insulation from outside. A really bad experience.

Everything was good once we got there, though finding the place wasn't easy.

The service was good.

For over $350 for two nights, I expected far better. The whole place felt dirty and unsafe, and the staff were rude and no help at all. The bathroom was moldy, and the bed was so uncomfortable. There were no employees at the hotel when I arrived. A friend who was staying there suggested I check WhatsApp, where I found very rude messages from management. They said they'd been contacting me, but I hadn't received anything. They only communicate through WhatsApp, and I don't have notifications turned on. One manager also asked who I'd entered the building with. It gave me the creeps to think he was watching my movements. I couldn't recommend staying here less. Find somewhere else in Naples.
