Mario’s communication before we arrived was better than what I’ve had at some five-star hotels. A week ahead, he checked how we’d be getting there and offered to arrange transport. When our connecting flight was delayed, he suggested train routes to get to the accommodation. The breakfast spot was delicious, with a good range, and we could choose one drink and one hot item each day. It’s a great base in a non-touristy neighborhood full of different shops, with downtown just 10 minutes away. We’d been looking near a friend’s apartment, and this B&B worked out well when there were no hotels in the area. Unlike many others, it had nice decor and a room with two beds. The former large residential apartment has been renovated into three private units and a shared kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, and snacks at all hours. Our room felt like a hotel, with a mini-fridge, TV, safe, and more.

Mario and his mom were such lovely hosts. The place is close to all the transit options, so getting around was really easy. Thanks for having us!

The hosts were the best part, a mother and son who helped us at every step and speak English. The room was absolutely perfect, with comfortable beds and great snacks, tea, and coffee on offer. Breakfast was delicious.

Ada and Mario were friendly and polite, and helped us all the way through our stay at Casa Rubino. Our cosy room was very clean, and I’d definitely come back. Breakfast at a nearby cafe each morning was small, one snack and one drink. There was also free coffee and snacks in the shared kitchen.

Mario and Maria gave very good service, and the rooms were beautiful. We had an amazing experience at the hotel. It’s close to Piazza Garibaldi and Napoli Centrale, with everything you need nearby. I strongly recommend it.
