The relaxed vibe, friendly people, and good location made this one of the best hostels I've stayed in, and the best one in Italy. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the animals were calming to be around. Strongly recommend staying here if you're in Napoli!

I wasn't sure about booking because it's a bit far from the city center, around 10 minutes, but it turned out to be the best place I've stayed. There's a nice garden, lots of room to relax, and everything was very clean. The Wi-Fi was also good enough for video calls when working remotely.

We only stayed one night, but left feeling full of positive energy. In the middle of Napoli's maze of streets, this felt like a magical place, more than just a boutique hotel. We were also surprised to find a Swing dance gathering there.

I spent two nights here and was really glad I did. There are three cats and a bunny living there, and they're all very friendly. The staff were helpful and kind whenever I asked for recommendations or help. The courtyard is a lovely spot to sit with a coffee or a drink.

The rooms and shared areas were dirty and badly maintained, which made the hostel uncomfortable. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in helping. When we raised problems, they ignored us or brushed off what we said. They also stole food from the fridge, which was shocking and unacceptable. My stay at the hostel on Vico Cappuccinelle, 13 was extremely disappointing. I felt my money was wasted and would strongly advise against staying there.
