We felt very safe in the historic center, with the station about a 20-minute walk away, and the staff's recommendations helped us find some good restaurants and bars. Our room at BB Casamatta was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. We arrived before check-in, and Massimiliano was welcoming and friendly, and let us in a little early, which was helpful. Tamara served a lovely traditional breakfast with good coffee and a choice of yogurt, cakes and croissants. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

Massimiliano was a lovely host, very hospitable and generous with tips for food and iconic places to visit. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and shared a huge amount of information to help us enjoy Naples. BB Casamatta was our first stop in the city, and we had a very nice two-night stay before heading to Puglia. The old building may not make a great first impression, but once you're upstairs, you'll love it. The historic-center location is excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small for us because my partner is very tall, something we hadn't mentioned to the owner. The breakfast room was a wonderful addition, with lovely design and a cozy terrace for eating outside. The whole space was amazing, and we had a great experience. Thanks for everything.

Francesca was lovely and a great host on site. Just off the lively via dei Tribunali, this hidden gem is in one of Naples' best spots. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt like home. I actually wish my place in Paris were more like it! Highly recommended.
