The owner was very friendly and spoke English really well. The rooms were clean, and I had my own bathroom, which is always a plus. Thanks for the stay! The B&B is in a quiet part of Vomero, right next to Medaglie d'Oro station on linea 1. Supermarkets, mercati, cafés, and restaurants are nearby. Blend has absolutely delicious burgers if you want a quick bite late in the evening ;). You can walk or take the metro or bus to Castel Sant'Elmo, the Certosa di San Martino, and the Vomero shopping streets, Via Scarlatti und Via Luca Giordano.

Paolo, the manager, was helpful and kind. This apartment is a great base for exploring the city, with the Medaglie D'Oro metro station nearby in a quiet area, so getting around is easy. Restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops are close by. Rosticceria Cotto & Mangiato is a good place to eat well for a fair price. Via Luca Giordano and Via Alessandro Scarlatti in Vomero are also walkable, and make lovely areas for a passeggiata.

My flight was canceled four days before I was due to arrive because of the military conflict in Israel. Even in that emergency, the hotel flatly refused to refund any part of my payment. Judge for yourself what kind of people run this hotel.

Paolo was kind and ready to help, and the location makes getting around easy. Since I know this area, I can say you have everything close by, including a supermarket, post office, and pizzeria within walking distance. A recommendation from a real Neapolitan is worth twice as much. :)
