Hello Naples

I lost my glasses and pyjamas after my personal things were thrown away. They also kept changing my bed's position without telling me, so I moved beds almost every night. Staff said they couldn't find my belongings, which I find hard to believe, and wouldn't let me check lost and found. They offered no refund or compensation. The hostel listing and Booking.com said card payment was possible, but once there I was told to pay cash, and more than the booking price. It turned into a big argument. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the service was awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here even if they paid you.

We paid €22.50 a night including taxes. The rooms are very basic and towels aren't provided. The mattress was lumpy and hard to sleep on, though leaving the window open overnight for fresh air helped. I wouldn't stay again.

A nice place to relax and hang out with other guests. It was clean, with single beds, private bathrooms, WiFi that worked really well, and a nice rooftop. Reception is open 24/7. I'd recommend it for solo travellers or friends travelling together.

The staff are nice and helpful, and the beds are new and good, with clean linen. That's the most important thing in a hostel. The bathrooms, though, are old, especially the showers, which you can't move around or use properly, and the other fittings are old too. The covers are warm, but there was no duvet, so I wondered if other people had used them without them being washed. The pillow was almost empty and really uncomfortable. Bring your own shampoo, slippers, and so on. I can't give it five stars, and even four feels too generous.
