There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's a pleasant spot close to the water and within walking distance of the train station. The hotel feels very dated and needs updating. Some sockets didn't work, and the bathroom really needs a full refurbishment. Breakfast isn't included, so calling it a bed and breakfast seems odd. There was only a bathroom trash can, none in the bedroom. There were an awful lot of mosquitoes. If you're likely to get bitten, bring protection, since the window screens don't help.

The room had free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and its own bathroom, and it was clean with good hygiene. The nautical decor runs through all the rooms. Our double room was basic but fine. Breakfast was simple, with a croissant, jam, butter and coffee at the reception desk. There's no dining room.

The room itself was okay and clean enough, and breakfast was just a croissant, some bread, coffee and Nutella or jam. WiFi barely worked most of the time, and I got more than 20 mosquito bites. If mosquitoes are a problem for you, don't book here. The staff seemed okay until we raised these issues. They said the WiFi had always worked and that the mosquitoes weren't their problem. They also had no interest in discussing a discount after such a bad experience. I won't stay here again if I visit Napoli.
