National Square Napoli

We arrived and waited to be let in as the welcome message instructed. We rang the intercom and called them as they’d asked, but nobody responded. It was awful. We contacted Booking.Com, which we’d booked through, and they cancelled and refunded us right away, fortunately.

We felt completely at home and would happily recommend this accommodation. Online check-in went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and just as described. There’s a small fridge but no coffee maker or similar, though a bar right across from the building serves delicious coffee, cappuccino, and tasty breakfast, with plenty of other choices nearby. It’s in a safe area with great bus, metro, and tram links, so the center and main sights are easy to reach. We had a wonderful time in Naples. Thank you so much! 💙

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and it’s good value in a good location. Check-in works differently from a usual hotel, but they give you plenty of information to find your way. You’ll need to know at least some English. The room was quite nice and clean. The city gets noisy, but that’s no secret.

The staff were always available and very helpful. I checked in by phone with one of them, and they let me leave my luggage after checkout. My room had heating and air conditioning, a bathroom with lights in the shower, and a very comfortable bed. Best of all, the balcony looked out over the main square. National Square Napoli is on the 6th floor, and there’s an elevator, though it cost 10 cents. It’s right in the heart of Naples and only a 10-minute walk from the central station, so arriving by train was easy. The stay was comfortable and affordable. I was so happy here, and I’ll definitely come back!
