Tilde's warmth and kindness made me feel completely at home at Palazzo Convento B&B. Her genuine care and attention to detail came through in everything. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the building itself is lovely, with a charming courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully put together. I can't recommend this gem enough!

I stayed for two days after a friend booked the place. The one good thing was how quiet it was at night, so I could sleep well. The rooms were small and not very clean, with a brown mark on the bedspread and hair everywhere. The bathroom was tiny, had no window, and wasn't well maintained. Breakfast looked nothing like the photos on the property's websites. There was no fruit or fresh bread, and the kettle water seemed like it might have been sitting there for months.

We were thrilled with our stay at this B&B in Naples. The owners were incredibly kind and always around to offer great suggestions for places to eat and things to see. It's easy to explore from here, close to the main attractions but in a quiet, safe area. The property is welcoming, spotless, and carefully maintained, and breakfast was generous, with fresh ingredients that made for a great start to the day. We had a pleasant stay in every way. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Naples fully.

I had a wonderful time at this B&B in Naples. The room was quiet, clean, and cozy, with what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central and convenient for the subway, historic center, and main attractions. Staff were so kind and always available with suggestions for places to eat and things to see. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to visit Naples and stay in a lively neighborhood full of history.
