Hotel Ginevra

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel is good value and works for all kinds of travellers. Its location close to the main train station made it easy to get around the city and travel elsewhere. The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout. I’m grateful for their hospitality and respectful treatment, and I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a welcoming team.

The front desk guy was nice to us, and the price was quite affordable. It could be okay if you’re flying the next day and don’t want to spend much. The hotel is near the central station and easy to reach on foot, but it’s on the second floor of what looks like a residential building. Inside, the facilities were awful, with basically just a bed and bathroom. The bathroom was tiny, there were no other facilities, and the sheets and pillows smelled.

For what we paid, this is a good budget option in Naples. The rooms look out onto the apartment’s central courtyard, which is pleasant and matches the pictures. Hotel Ginevra is very close to Naples Central train station, so getting in and out of the city is convenient. It operates more like a bed and breakfast inside a residential building shared with locals. There’s no lift, and you have to climb two floors. That can be awkward with large luggage, so keep it in mind when planning your stay.

The reception was attentive and polite. We paid a reasonable 50 euros, though the shower cubicle was very small and there were no glasses.
