Hotel Oceania

The mattress was so thin and cheap that I could feel the springs, and I barely slept. The shower had no holder, and other toilet fittings were missing. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked fine, and the man at reception was smiley. We chose it for its closeness to the station, which deserves some credit, but it's not the nicest part of Naples. If you can, stay nearer Chaiai. I missed these reviews because the hotel I booked was called Oce hotels.

The room was filthy, with cracked walls, disgusting bedding, and no toilet seat. The hotel was absolutely gross, in a terrible area, and I've seen nicer hostels in horror movies. We couldn't stay and had to find somewhere else, but they refused to refund us.

On our second night they moved us to another room, where the shower glass fell on my son and hurt his arm. Earlier, we'd found the bed broken and the rooms and bathrooms unclean. They washed the breakfast cups in a bathroom and reused the plastic spoons the next day. The coffee machine was always broken. Please don't book this horrible hotel. It's the worst experience I've had. I wouldn't give it a single star, but the site made me select one to post this.

It was cheap and clean, so you get what you pay for, but my balcony door handle was practically falling off. I reported it right away. The manager came to inspect it, yet nothing was fixed during the three days I was there, and nobody even apologized.
