The night shift employee was rude and unpleasant. Make sure all the paperwork is firmly sorted before you arrive. I was there for work for five days, not on holiday, and told them I’d stay one extra day and pay for it then. They said that was fine, but kept asking me to pay the next day instead. This went on for five days, until the last night of the week, when they told me they had no booking for me that night. It turned into a very unpleasant situation. They basically laughed in my face and still didn’t help. The ministry’s travel agency has removed the hotel from its list too. Be careful with the place and its employees. Even getting an invoice or official paperwork is difficult, so don’t let them fool you. I’ve attached photos of the incredible views from the hotel.

The two stars are really for the nice manager. My room and bathroom were very dirty. You could see the handles hadn’t been cleaned, and I can only imagine what else I didn’t notice. Oddly enough, the towels and sheets did smell clean. Very disappointing for the price.

We used Bounce to store our bags here. The surrounding neighborhood has seen better days, I guess, but the service was good and drop-off and pickup both went smoothly. It’s relatively close to the airport.

We felt so uncomfortable that we left immediately and found another hotel. The room was really dirty, and this is a creepy neighborhood where we, two girls, didn’t feel safe at all. When we told reception we wanted to leave right away, the man there barely spoke English, which made it very hard to discuss the cancellation terms. He got extremely angry and threw a book on the floor. A horrible experience.

I only used Bounce to store my luggage and didn’t stay at the hotel. It’s close to the central station, and drop-off and pickup were completely trouble-free. The foyer was clean and the service friendly enough. The neighborhood looked sketchy, and honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay there based on the area.
