4/10
For what it costs, this feels like a two-star hotel charging five-star prices. The internet was very slow, and the windows did little to block sound. The door looked like it hadn't been painted in years. The shower head had rust in every hole, there was damp mold in the shower, and the mattress cover didn't fit the bed.

The location was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the rooms were lovely.

The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and very well kept. The hotel is right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. I highly recommend the experience.
