I was given an apartment different from the one we’d agreed on when booking, and it didn’t have basic things like a hairdryer. The smell from the old pipes was so unpleasant that I had to leave the windows open every day. I had a terrible stay, especially considering the price, which felt far too high for what was provided. Breakfast wasn’t included either.

The owner was incredibly kind, and we’d happily come back. The apartment was cozy, immaculate, and very well soundproofed. It’s tucked just off central Via Toledo, only 20 meters from Toledo metro station, so getting to the main sights for a weekend was easy.

We were impressed by how spacious and well kept the place was, with two bathrooms and all the things we needed. The rooms were clean and the staff genuinely friendly. It’s just 50 meters from the main street in the Spanish Quarter, and the price was very fair. Nothing disappointed us, and I’d readily recommend it.

Great location and excellent service, but the toilets smell bad. The pizza has so much sauce it’s practically pizza soup.

We’ll definitely come back. The owner was so welcoming and kind, and it’s an excellent B&B.
