We loved this modern, very clean room, easily the best hotel we stayed at on our trip around Italy. It was right in the heart of Naples, close to a couple of grocery stores and plenty of restaurants that speak English. Check-in was quick and easy, but there wasn’t a way to reach anyone on staff if we needed something. That said, we’re low maintenance and were very happy with the hotel and its cleanliness. The hotel gives you a voucher for a nearby caffetteria. We didn’t use it because some reviews of the place seemed less than reassuring. They may no longer be accurate, but we didn’t want to chance it. Still, we couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Absolutely wonderful!

The rooms were incredibly clean and well cared for, and the AC worked much better than in other hotels I’ve stayed at. Service was very good too, with smooth check-in and check-out. The location is great, close to lots of good restaurants and with easy metro access to the rest of the city. Highly recommended.

The room was just right, clean and modern with good storage, a small fridge, AC, and fluffy towels. Check-in was easy, and breakfast included at the coffee shop downstairs was great. Thanks!

The room was okay, but the breakfast was a joke. All you get is a voucher for one coffee and/or a croissant at the cafe downstairs. That’s it. Afterward, you can go somewhere else for a proper breakfast.

A clean, safe, modern room that was comfortable too. Great value and a good location.
