The price feels very high for what you get. This isn't a hotel, despite being advertised as one. It's on the fifth floor, with no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and dirty. The place is noisy and not clean, the building is in very poor condition, and the shower isn't good.

The room and bathroom are new and clean, and both the location and air conditioning are excellent. I'm giving five stars as encouragement. Two single beds pushed together may be easier for the host, but they aren't comfortable for guests. A mattress topper over them would fix that. A small street-level sign and a front door would help too. Come on!

The room was spotless and charming, in a central but very quiet spot between the seafront and Piazza del Plebiscito. They even came up with a clever way to get our suitcases to the third floor. Mr. Carlo was incredibly kind and ready to help with whatever we needed.

From this central spot in Naples, you can get to any part of the city. The room was spotless, breakfast at the cafe downstairs was excellent, and the owner was very kind and helpful.

We stayed for two days in a very small room on an uncomfortable third floor, with no elevator and narrow, steep stairs. They said cleaning had to wait until the third day because of new COVID rules.
