One thing to watch for: another guest locked us out on the balcony. Management did everything they could to get us back in, but without our phones it could have turned into a nightmare, stuck out there all night. Be careful when you step outside. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay, and I’d come back.

We loved staying here and would definitely come back. We had the blue room, which was spacious enough for us. The bathroom was small, but that seems pretty typical in Italy. Service was great, and the air conditioning felt good after a long, hot day of walking. The location was lovely. Breakfast came as a voucher for a pastry and coffee at the cafe next door, which we really enjoyed.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m leaving this one with a lot of joy and good memories. Fabio was incredibly accommodating, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. He also did his best to help with all our requests, even a few that were outside his expertise. We’ll definitely come back when we visit Napoli again.

The reply I got after asking the hotel about Europe’s heat wave really put me off. They ended their message by suggesting that, since I had so many questions, another hotel might be a better place for me to stay in Naples. Maybe some people would find that fine, but I found it shocking and impolite. I’m not European, and where I live, customers and potential customers are treated with courtesy. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never regretted a hotel booking before arriving, but this one has me wondering whether it’ll be my worst travel experience.
