I made all the bookings from Sweden and never got to meet the owner, but he was very service-minded. He replied quickly on WhatsApp and helped me through a difficult time when my mom was in the hospital. He arranged an extra night's stay, a taxi, and even pizza delivery. I don't know how I'll ever thank him, but I'll keep him in my prayers.
I hated Naples, apart from this B&B. The setup is a little odd, maybe an apartment building with a B&B section, but I didn't care. We came through a shared kitchen and washing machine area to get to our room. It was comfortable, quiet, and had AC. The electronic key was very cool, and they gave us bottled water when we arrived. The manager was excellent and even drove us to the airport when we couldn't get a taxi.
Everything else was perfect. We just would have liked coffee in the morning.
Kind people, a clean room, and everything felt new and tidy. We had a really good stay in this B&B, and it's in a great spot for getting around Naples. We'll definitely be back.
We booked at the last minute and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It's near Naples, in a quiet neighborhood, and just a 10-minute train ride from the Napoli Porta Nolana stop. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Vito, the owner, was extremely kind, helpful, and always available. Highly recommend, 100%!
