At 10:30 PM our apartment key broke because the doors were old. The host didn't answer any of our calls until 8 the next morning, so we spent the whole night locked out. When we finally saw him, he showed no remorse or apology and offered no refund. He ignored our messages for the rest of the stay, but now wants us to pay 35€ for the broken key. Given how poor the keys are, that feels like a complete scam, especially after we had to find somewhere else to sleep in the middle of the night. Communication with the host was absolutely terrible. We've never had such a bad Booking experience. We were very disappointed by the lack of decency and would never stay here again. I'd advise others to do the same.

The owner was very kind, and the place is right in the heart of Naples. San Gregorio Armeno is only a short walk away, and it's convenient for getting to many other main sights and the metro. Recommended.

The room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which is hard to come by these days. Breakfast came with great hospitality, and I got to try typical Campanian products. The property is right across from the Duomo and just steps from the metro, so the location is really handy. My partner and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely room, with the sleeping area set apart from the living space by a mezzanine. It felt elegant and romantic. Breakfast was superb, with traditional Campanian products. The B&B is in a great spot, just steps from the cathedral, very close to the metro, and right by the historic center.

The staff were super helpful, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. The food was excellent too. It's a convenient choice thanks to the location and nearby public transport, whether you're travelling for work or leisure. I'll be back.
