The location is very good, but the place needs renovation. The bathroom drain was clogged, the walls are paper thin, and the room door looked as if someone had got in without permission. Check my photos. You’ll have trouble sleeping without earplugs: a water meter in a small box on the room wall makes a strange noise at regular intervals all night. Breakfast is included, but it means a card to use across the street for a coffee and a sweet pastry. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this time I felt I had to.

The location is the only part that deserves five stars. The room was so noisy at night, it felt like there were no windows. They had just finished “cleaning” before we arrived, but the bathroom really wasn’t clean. The “breakfast” was one coffee and one croissant across the street, where the staff were extremely unfriendly.

We were satisfied overall and can recommend the accommodation. It’s in a great spot, close to everything. I took off a star because breakfast is at the coffee shop across the street and consists of only coffee and a croissant.

We got a kind, friendly welcome, and the room was very basic. The bathroom was nice, and the AC worked really well. The location was perfect for catching a ferry the next morning.

Good value for money. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with a nice fragrance. Staff were polite, and the place is right downtown, just a few meters from Municipio metro stop.
