Having a kitchen was great, and the room was clean. The bathroom was okay, though hardly any water came out of the shower. There’s no cleaning service for stays shorter than five nights. The location is handy, close to Piazza Garibaldi and Napoli Centrale, and it’s good value for money.

Three days wasn’t enough to enjoy the family suite, which felt like a mini apartment with every comfort. The bathroom was FANTASTIC, and I loved the SUPERLATIVE design and furniture choices. It’s in a strategic spot very close to the station. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and gave me tips on where to eat Naples’ specialties. I’d be happy to return.

A doorknob broke, and they fixed it right away. Top-notch service, and everyone was extremely courteous. The apartment was very clean, and I was very satisfied with it.

There was plenty of room for my suitcases, and the rooms had air conditioning. The location is very close to the station, so it’s easy to get there even if you’re running late.
