We arrived at midnight after an accident delayed us, but couldn't check in. We called the property's phone repeatedly and got no answer. Instead, they messaged us through Agoda to say we had missed the latest check-in time. We were left with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. Even after we showed a photo of the head injury and the medical bill from the hospital in Rome, the owner still wouldn't accept us. The owner said they had called many times, but we hadn't received any calls. It took us more than half an hour to find the property because there was no sign outside the building, and it was hard to locate on Google Maps. We were very disappointed and had a bad travel experience in Napoli. I wouldn't recommend this property or stay there again if I return to Napoli.
